Costs/Payments

10% of profits go to partner NGOs.

cost includes:
all housing, minimum of 2 meals a day (normally breakfast and dinner), all transportation, translators, in-country guides, museum entries.

does not include:
air fare, spending money, visas, vaccinations, personal first aid, laundry, tips, some cases the 3rd meal, beverages (hard and soft), snacks, mandatory travel insurance.

discounts:
**all discounts apply to balance not deposits. All trip deposits are $500 (pus any credit fees)**

NOTE: We have a new agreement with a non-profit  fiscal sponsor for our Ethiopia trip. Please note how to pay below for either our Ethiopia trip or Guatemala trip.

Guatemala: There are two payment options:
1. Mail: Make out a check for $500 (deposit) or full balance to SalaamGarage and send to: 5047 45th Ave S. Seattle, WA 98118
2. PayPal: For payment through PayPal:
1. login to your PayPal Account
2. select: “Send Money”
3. enter: salaamgarage@gmail.com
4. amount: $515 (deposit to include a 3% credit paypal fee ) or ex. $3100 (ex. balance) select: “Services/Other”

Ethiopia: There are two payment options:
Payments are made through our non-profit fiscal sponsor, Crooked Trails. A portion of your trip will be tax-deductible!
1. Mail: Make out a check for $500 to Crooked Trails and send to: Crooked Trails, P.O. Box 94034, Seattle WA 98124
2. Online via credit card: Pay online via their secure credit card server at www.crookedtrails.org/payments. When paying online, the deposit amount is $515 to include a 3% credit card fee. Please indicate “SalaamGarage Ethiopia” and the participant’s name in the comments field when checking out.”
